I interviewed several agents when we decided to sell our home. I liked Ed right away but he thought my house was worth way more than I did, and way more than the other two agents I interviewed. I didn't want to list too high and sit there with no action for months, but Ed felt strongly he had the right price. We also liked his detailed marketing plan, which was well thought out, thorough and way more completely explained to us than the other agents' plans. So we listed with him. And . . . he was right about the price! We sold it on the first showing just a couple of days after listing and the price was 97% of the list price.
